Who we are

This notice explains what plungeai.com, its waiting list and the accounts you connect in Plunge AI Studio collect about you, why, and what you can do about it. They are run by PlungeAI Inc., Ketchum, Idaho, United States (“Plunge AI”, “we”). Questions and requests: legal@plungeai.com.

What we keep when you visit

  • Visit counts. Our server counts visits per page and keeps the website that sent you (its address only, never the full link). To count unique visitors it also keeps the network (IP) address and browser type of a limited number of visits.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits on every page without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Google Analytics. The home page loads Google Analytics 4 for page-view analytics. It sets its own cookies (named _ga…) to tell repeat visits apart, and Google receives your IP address and browser details; see Google’s privacy policy. You can block it in your browser or with Google’s opt-out add-on. The waiting list, these legal pages and the developer guides do not load it. We may remove it later; this notice will say so.
  • Your theme choice (light or dark) is kept in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your browser.
  • Fonts. Pages load the Geist typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which see your IP address; see Google’s privacy policy.
  • Hosting. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes every request, including your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

We set no cookies of our own. Apart from the Google Analytics cookies above, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it checks for automated traffic.

What we keep when you join the waiting list

  • Your email address and the other details the form asks for, such as your name, company, job title, role, company size, what you want to use Plunge AI for, your interests and how you heard about us. Optional fields you leave empty are not stored.
  • Where you came from: the campaign tags in your link (utm_…), the page that referred you and the page you landed on.
  • Your browser and device type, and the country your connection comes from.
  • A one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, used to spot duplicate or automated sign-ups and referrals from the same network.
  • When you accepted the Terms and, if you ticked the box, agreed to updates, with the version of the wording you saw.
  • Your referral code, who referred you, and how many people joined through your link.

We use this to run the waiting list: confirm your email, keep your place, prevent abuse, send your invite and, only if you agreed, send you updates about the launch. An AI model reads your answers and suggests a score that helps us decide whom to invite first. A person makes every decision; nothing is approved or refused automatically.

Connected Google accounts (Google user data)

Plunge AI Studio, and apps built on it, can connect to your Google account so that the agents and workflows you run can work with your Google data. This section covers that data.

  • What we access. When you connect a Google account, Plunge AI requests OAuth access to the Google services you pick: Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Docs, Sheets, Slides, YouTube, Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center and Business Profile. Google shows you the exact permissions before you grant them.
  • How we access it. Only through Google’s OAuth 2.0 consent, which you grant and can revoke at any time. We never see your Google password.
  • What we use it for. Only to run the agents, connectors and workflows you start, on your instruction: for example reading your mail, files or calendars, and creating or sending the content you asked for. Nothing else.
  • How we store it. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Content fetched from Google is processed for the run and kept only where your own workflow stores it. Access tokens expire within an hour; refresh tokens are deleted when you disconnect.
  • Who we share it with. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train or improve AI or machine-learning models. It is passed to the AI model provider you chose only as part of your own run, and to Cloudflare as our hosting processor. No one at Plunge AI reads your Google user data unless you explicitly ask us to, it is needed for security (such as investigating abuse), or the law requires it.
  • How to revoke access. In Studio, open Connections and choose Disconnect, or remove Plunge AI at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Plunge AI's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other connected accounts

Accounts from other providers that you connect in Studio, such as Microsoft, are handled the same way: accessed only with your consent, used only to run the agents and workflows you start, never sold, never used for advertising or model training, and removable at any time from Connections.

Who processes your data

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, the waiting list and the platform, stores their data and counts visits.
  • Resend sends the waiting-list emails.
  • AI model providers review waiting-list answers for us and, for Studio runs, run the model you chose.
  • Google provides Google Analytics and Google Fonts on this website, as described above.

These providers process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

  • Unconfirmed waiting-list sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
  • Confirmed entries are kept until the early-access program closes, plus 12 months, unless you ask us to erase them sooner.
  • Connected-account tokens are kept until you disconnect the account.
  • Visit counts are kept as running totals.

Your choices and rights

  • Every update email has an unsubscribe link; it stops updates right away.
  • To see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, email legal@plungeai.com.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what we did before.
  • You can complain to your local data-protection authority.

Plunge AI is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
